Terms & Conditions
Alekh Holidays Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) acts as a travel facilitator, offering holiday packages, hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, and other related services (“Services”) to travelers (“Client” or “You”). By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Payments
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or full payment, as per the package terms.
Payment can be made through bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved methods. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the Cancellation Policy shared at the time of booking.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days after receiving a written cancellation request.
Please note that certain components such as flight tickets, permits, or entrance fees may be non-refundable.
Amendments & Changes
Any changes to the booking must be communicated in writing.
All amendments are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.
The Company is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay that may occur during travel.
Accommodation & Services
Hotels are booked as per the availability and category chosen by the client.
In rare situations involving overbooking or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to the policies of the individual hotel.
Transportation
The type of vehicle provided will be determined based on the group size and package chosen.
Vehicles shown in promotional materials are for reference only and may differ from the actual service.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or strikes.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, war, pandemics, or other force majeure situations.
Responsibilities of the Client
Clients are responsible for carrying valid travel documents such as ID proofs, visas, and tickets.
Any damage caused by the client to property, hotels, or vehicles will be charged on actuals.
Any misconduct, misbehavior, or involvement in illegal activities during travel will lead to immediate termination of services without any refund.
